Programme name: Changing Minds; Changing Results

Change often frightens people. Bringing a new way of working or new corporate culture can be achieved quickly and painlessly.

We fundamentally believe that change will not happen successfully without the buy-in of the whole team and that means that beliefs have to change. Our intention is to provide a development programme that has the impact to do that.

Often, people work in a way in which they are comfortable and about which they feel competent. When they are asked to do it differently, they are made to feel incompetent and that can unsettle and frighten them.

Any change process, to be truly effective has to deal with those challenges. We believe that, by helping people to do it themselves, by guiding not telling, by showing where the pitfalls and difficulties may come and by offering help in overcoming them, our approach offers a truly effective change programme.
